ACar respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We may remove or disable access to content alleged to infringe copyright and may terminate repeat infringers.

1. Identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
2. Identify the allegedly infringing material and its location on ACar.
3. Provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
4. State that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
5. State under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
6. Provide your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the removed material's location, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, consent to the proper federal court jurisdiction, consent to accept service from the complainant, and your signature.

Anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents infringement or mistaken removal may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
