Acceptable Use Policy

You may not provide false, misleading, incomplete, or stale information about your identity, authority, vehicle, title, lien, odometer, insurance, payment method, bank account, taxes, or transaction intent.

• No stolen vehicles, fake listings, phantom inventory, VIN manipulation, title washing, odometer tampering, or concealed title brands.
• No hiding liens, payoff obligations, total-loss history, flood history, salvage/rebuilt status, lemon-law history, or material defects known to you.
• No using temporary registration tags outside the transaction and vehicle for which they were issued.

You may not launder money, use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, evade fees, process required payments off-platform, manipulate chargebacks, submit false bank information, or use ACar to facilitate unlawful transfers.

You may not probe, overload, bypass access controls, collect user data without permission, compromise accounts, upload malware, or use bots or automation without ACar's written permission.

You may not crawl, scrape, harvest, index, mine, bulk download, aggregate, copy, store, republish, resell, or create datasets from ACar listings, vehicle data, photos, videos, descriptions, prices, VIN-decoded data, valuations, scores, user content, messages, or platform content without ACar's written permission. You may not use ACar content or data to train, test, fine-tune, evaluate, or enrich artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models without ACar's written permission. You may not circumvent rate limits, robots.txt, authentication, access controls, API restrictions, or other technical measures, or re-identify or enrich datasets with ACar data in violation of law or these rules.

You may not submit fake reviews or ratings, undisclosed compensated reviews, reviews on someone else's behalf, or content that manipulates ratings or misrepresents a transaction. Feedback must reflect your actual experience.

You may not harass, threaten, impersonate, stalk, dox, spam, solicit off-platform transactions to evade fees, send abusive content, or misuse appointment and messaging tools.

ACar may remove content, suspend accounts, cancel transactions, delay payout, require additional verification, preserve evidence, cooperate with regulators or law enforcement, and pursue legal remedies for violations.
