ACar Technologies, Inc. operates the ACar vehicle marketplace. For transactions that use ACar's New Jersey dealer sale process, ACar NJ LLC may act as the licensed selling dealer after conditionally acquiring or arranging acquisition of the vehicle from the prior owner. For any separate private-party support service, the signed transaction documents will state the parties' roles.

Unless a signed transaction document expressly says otherwise, ACar does not warrant a vehicle's condition, history, value, prior use, accident history, mechanical fitness, or seller statements. Buyers should inspect vehicles and review the vehicle-specific Buyers Guide and signed sale documents before closing.

For ACar NJ LLC dealer sales, vehicle warranty status is governed by the vehicle-specific FTC Buyers Guide, final bill of sale, any written warranty, and non-waivable federal or New Jersey law. Where New Jersey used-car warranty law requires a written dealer warranty for a covered vehicle, that warranty applies and cannot be disclaimed except through a waiver the statute itself permits. For any separate private-party support service, the signed documents for that service control. ACar's no-vehicle-warranty disclaimer does not waive non-waivable rights or ACar's responsibility for its own services.

ACar may support NJ MVC title and registration work, temporary-registration issuance, and plate processing. ACar does not control NJ MVC, lienholders, insurers, banks, mail carriers, or other third parties, and does not guarantee exact processing dates.

Payments and payouts are processed through Stripe and banking partners. ACar may manually approve release of funds when disclosed release conditions are satisfied. ACar does not guarantee ACH settlement, bank posting, chargeback outcomes, or payout by a specific date.

Insurance verification is an administrative eligibility check. It is not insurance advice, a coverage opinion, or a guarantee that an insurer will cover a test drive, accident, loss, or claim.

Prices, valuations, deal ratings, savings estimates, and market comparisons depend on available data and assumptions. Valuation outputs are estimated market ranges informed by ACar's analysis of market data and the information you provide; they are not appraisals, guaranteed offers, or promises of a sale price. None of these figures are guarantees unless a signed transaction document expressly makes them binding.

ACar chat features, AI-assisted answers, automated vehicle descriptions, and similar tools provide general information that may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not legal, tax, insurance, credit, mechanical, or safety advice.

An AI or automated response has no authority to set or change a vehicle price, accept an offer, promise a discount, reserve or sell a vehicle, modify a transaction, or bind ACar, a buyer, or a seller. Only the current vehicle listing, completed checkout records, and applicable signed transaction documents and disclosures establish transaction terms. Review those records before relying on any automated output.
